WicSpot provides digital products only. No physical items are shipped.

1. Delivery Method

After successful payment, digital products are typically delivered via one or more of the following methods:

• A download link on the order confirmation page
• An email with a download link
• Access through a user account or digital library (if applicable)

2. Delivery Time

In most cases, digital products are available immediately after payment is confirmed. In rare cases, slight delays may occur due to payment processing or technical issues.

3. Non-Receipt of Digital Products

If you do not receive your digital product within a reasonable time:

• Check your spam/junk email folder.
• Verify that you entered the correct email address at checkout.
• Contact us at help@wicspot.com with your order details.

4. No Physical Shipping Costs

Because our products are digital, there are no physical shipping charges. Any prices shown relate solely to the digital content.
