These Terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website wicspot.com (the “Site”) and your purchase and use of digital products offered by WicSpot.

1. Digital Products

We offer digital products only, including but not limited to:

• ICS calendar files and reminders
• Digital routines and programs
• PDF guides and other downloadable files

No physical items are shipped.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site and purchasing products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Prices & Payments

• All prices are displayed in {CURRENCY – e.g. EUR} and may include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically, for example via:

• Download link displayed on the order confirmation page
• Download link sent to your email address
• Account or library area (if applicable)

If you do not receive your digital product within a reasonable time after purchase, please contact us at help@wicspot.com.

5. No Right of Withdrawal After Delivery (EU)

By purchasing digital products from us, you acknowledge that they may be delivered immediately after payment. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you understand that once the digital content has been delivered with your consent, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal for that purchase, in accordance with applicable law.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed, except in the following cases:

• The file is technically defective or corrupted, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• You have been charged more than once for the same product by mistake.
• An incorrect charge occurred due to an error on our part.

7. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product from us, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

You may not:

• Resell, share, distribute, or make the files publicly available.
• Claim the content as your own intellectual property.
• Upload the products to third-party platforms for distribution.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your device and calendar applications support ICS files or other formats we provide.
• Configuring your own notification settings on your devices.
• Keeping your login and purchase information secure (if applicable).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products.
• Missed reminders or events caused by device settings, calendar app limitations, or user configuration.
• Loss of data or other issues occurring in your own calendar or device environment.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a digital product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date and will be effective as soon as it is posted on the Site.
