Refund Policy

Our products are digital and delivered electronically. This refund policy explains when refunds may be issued.
1. No Refunds After Successful Delivery
Because digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been successfully delivered and/or downloaded.
2. Exceptions – When a Refund May Be Issued
We may issue a refund in the following situations:
- Technical defect: the file is corrupted or does not work as described, and we are unable to provide a functional replacement within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate purchase: you have accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- Incorrect charge due to our error: such as an incorrect amount charged.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the above exceptions, please contact us at help@wicspot.com and include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Purchase date
- A short description of the issue
4. EU Consumers – Digital Content & Withdrawal
For EU/EEA consumers, we may deliver digital content immediately after purchase, with your express consent. Once the digital content has been delivered and accessed, you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal for that purchase, in line with applicable law.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
